Do I need to bring my patient to your facility?
Yes. Please bring the patient for evaluation, assessment, proper measurements and fitment. Made-to-order products require a trial and final fitting.
How much does it cost?
Cost varies according to product type, size and quality. Readymade products have a fixed cost, while made-to-order requirements vary for every patient.
Do you give home visits?
Yes, for patients who cannot come to our facilities. Visit charges depend on the area. We normally recommend this service for bedridden patients and those in dire need.
What is the delivery period?
Readymade products are available immediately. Made-to-order products take approximately 1–15 days depending on the appliance and orders in process.
Do you accept credit cards and cheques?
Yes, although cash is preferred. Cheque orders are processed after realisation.
What is the guarantee or warranty?
Readymade products carry the specified company warranty. Made-to-order products have a full guarantee, excluding normal wear and tear.
Should I return to the prescribing doctor after fitment?
Yes. It is always better to return to the prescribing doctor for approval.
Do I need a doctor’s prescription?
